Cardio Sport

5:30 am — 6:30 am

Cardio Sport is a comprehensive group fitness adventure that uniquely integrates interval training techniques with compound sports-related movements in an unparalleled inspiring exercise environment.

Cut

8:30 am — 9:30 am

Cardio interval weight training using: body resistance, body bars, stability balls and barbells.

Total Body Pilates

9:15 am — 10:15 am

Spin

9:30 am — 10:30 am

Indoor cycling classes designed to challenge you for 30, 45, or 60 minutes as you simulate hills and flat roads. Most classes are music driven and are designed to build strength, stamina and endurance. Be prepared for a rewarding cardio workout.

Dance NRG

4:30 pm — 5:00 pm

A choreographed dance class to top 40 pop and hip hop songs. Easy to follow to moves will have you smiling and shaking it! Burn as many calories as running, but have more fun! You don’t have to “know how to dance” in order to take and enjoy this class.

Tabata

5:00 pm — 5:30 pm

A 20-second on, 10-second off interval class designed to hit every muscle group. High intensity but low impact – can be modified for all levels of fitness. Light weights will be used to increase muscle and cardiovascular endurance. You can do anything for 20 seconds!

Yoga Power Hour

5:30 pm — 6:30 pm

Maximize your time on your mat with a power flow! A powerful vinyasa flow will get your moving and flowing and get you in and out in 60 minutes!

Tread and Shed

5:30 pm — 6:00 pm

If group settings and great trainers motivate you to do your best, this is the perfect cardio class for you. Our expert instructors will bring you through carefully formulated interval training on the treadmill to help you reach your peak heart rate and peak performance!

Spin

6:00 pm — 6:45 pm

TRX Suspension Training

6:45 pm — 7:30 pm

Are you looking for a cardio workout to lose weight and build muscle endurance? Look no further than a TRX group fitness class at THE NRG LAB. Restorative Yoga

6:45 pm — 7:45 pm

A nourishing flow of gentle, calming and restorative postures that is designed to bring balance to body and mind.

Muscle

7:00 pm — 7:45 pm

Sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. Weight training using body bars and barbells, push-ups and planks – this class has it all. Muscle Plus classes incorporate cardio training. Muscle Fusion focuses more specifically on core work.
