Additional Information
Max 30 Training is perfect for youth conditioning. For most young athletes and coaches the conundrum lies in finding the time. Time, as we know, can be a valuable commodity and so we must accommodate the athlete’s needs and availability. With a focused training methodology a 30 minute workout can maintain a better than average level of fitness for athletes, prevent injuries and increase reaction time needed for sport. For youths looking to be more active, maintain a healthy lifestyle and relieve stress (yes, kids have stress) a 30 minute exercise regimen is both doable and sustainable. Contact dnelson@nrglab.com.
