5:45 am — 6:45 am

Indoor cycling classes designed to challenge you for 30, 45, or 60 minutes as you simulate hills and flat roads. Most classes are music driven and are designed to build strength, stamina and endurance. Be prepared for a rewarding cardio workout.

6:00 am — 7:00 am

Cardio Sport is a comprehensive group fitness adventure that uniquely integrates interval training techniques with compound sports-related movements in an unparalleled inspiring exercise environment.

Darren Doucette

Tier II

Certifications:  BS in Health Education, UMass Lowell, Bachelor’s Degree; Exercise Science, Southern Conn State University

His own personal story sparked his passion for learning about the Evolution of the human body sparked this professional path. Strength and Conditioning is the foundation for his sessions with creativity and rock solid programming meant to bring each client to new levels, again and again.

Fun Fact: Darren left high school weighing 175 lbs at 6’ 4”, after attending Dean college, he was a walk-on at Southern Conn State University, a Div 2 football team, as a junior weighing 245 lbs adding 60lbs of hard earned muscle in two years!

Julie Atwood

Non traditional life, non traditional training. With a soul for yoga and the heart of a competitor clients sessions are always inventive, keeping the body guessing and the mind focused on movement.

Derek Martin

Dedication is an understatement.  Derek is a US Army Veteran and uses circuit training as the foundation to improve overall condition and undeniable results for each of his raving fans and clients!   

Fun Fact: Derek climbed Mount Olympus at the age of 40 and is working on joining the 4000 Peak Club.  He is a Jeep enthusiast and loves the outdoors.
