  • Food lists and meal ideas designed for your body, your tastes and lifestyle.
  • Sample of portioned breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners to help you learn how to create meals that work for your body, within your lifestyle.
  • Recipes for salads and dressings to help you learn what a salad is supposed to look like and how satisfying they can be!
  • Recipes of portioned protein smoothies to help you get your day started off right!
  • Lists of how to eat in all types of restaurants and how to
    order with confidence.
  • A daily food journal to hold you accountable to your choices
    for your appointments with your very own Food Coach.

How often do you meet with your food coach?

Over 10 times throughout the program, spread out to be supportive and provide the accountability you need when you begin to modify your lifestyle. In addition to your meetings, you will have full email access to your own Food Coach. You’ll receive continuous, informative and supportive emails ensuring that you feel confident.

  • MONTH 1 – Weekly Private Nutrition appointments + Initial introductory appointment
  • MONTH 2 – Weekly Private Nutrition appointments
  • MONTH 3 – Bi-Weekly private Nutrition appointments + Graduation from your Balanced Habits LIFE Nutrition Program

At your Graduation Meeting, you will receive a full comparison from start to finish of your achievements and game plan for your future. You will know everything that you will ever need to know as far as how to take care of yourself nutritionally. It is our goal for you to NOT need your Food Coach beyond the 3 months of education, work, and lifestyle modifications.

*All meetings include a comprehensive journal review, full measurement/weight check-in, and counseling, making sure you’re moving in the right direction.
