ARM BALANCE SPECIAL CLASS with Elizabeth
If you have ever been in a yoga class where the instructor offers you the option to go into an arm balance and you were unsure of how to even begin, this class is for you! Elizabeth will begin with a warming vinyasa flow, followed by safe and concise instructions on how to come into the most common arm balance poses. This class will focus on crow, side crow, scissor, and flying pigeon. **It will be taught in a workshop format, and having a regular yoga practice is recommended, as, although this is not an advanced class, it requires a comfortable knowledge of yoga.**
