Training Tiers
NRG Lab personal trainers range in level from Tier 1 to Tier 4 based on experience and education. Each tier includes some of the industry’s most talented and committed trainers.
We use reality, not guess work, to match you to a trainer. Your goals, fitness level, schedule and health history are all vital. And as you progress, your trainer will too, staying ahead of the curve on trends and research.
Throughout your experience, you’ll follow road maps that bring results. Because results are why you’re here. We can help you select your tier based on the education level you require in a trainer or coach. Your personal history and goals will figure into the equation as well. The Kick starter (Tier 1)
It’s all about a strong foundation. Your trainer will help you boost strength, conditioning, flexibility and cardiovascular health. All Trainers hold a nationally recognized certification.
The Innovator (Tier 2)
Take your workout to the next level. This trainer is a proven program constructionist and problem solver. You will strengthen your foundation and get more specialized. This trainer holds additional specialty certifications and/or a Degree in Exercise Science Related Field.
The Mobilizer (Tier 3)
Get ready for an inspiring, focused program. Trainers are seasoned coaches with a broad range of experience, specializing in areas like sport specific training and rehab. On your mark, get set, go get.
The Life Changer (Tier 4)
These trainers excel at the art of health and fitness coaching and are part of The NRG Lab Leadership team. These highly sought after fitness professionals have proven records and limited number of open spaces.

Brenda Reynolds
Tier II
Certification: AFAA Personal Trainer
Client’s comment that they continuously surpass goals never dared or dreamed dream before under Brenda’s support and guidance. Her attitude, patience and persistence are infectious and will make you a believer.
Fun Fact: Brenda was painfully shy until she began working out. This new lifestyle prompted a complete career change and although she initially attended college to teach Math, she returned to school to pursue her newly found passion and completed her degree in Exercise Science!

Cori Newcomb

Sue Merriott
Tier II
Sue creates a unique environment with her personality and passion. Sessions are focused, energetic and results driven. Need Motivation? Fun Fact: Sue’s 3 daughters are her greatest accomplishment!

Meredith Rogazzo
Tier III
Certifications: BS in Rehabilitation and Movement Science; Exercise Science, DPT in Physical Therapy with Concentration in Sports from Northeastern University, ACSM (American College Sports Medicine)
This Athlete burns deep! Whether you need to rehab from an injury or are a high level athlete wanting to gain an edge, Meredith’s expertise and leadership will guide and teach you that goals are meant to be shattered and deliver results you believed were unobtainable.
Fun Fact: Reserved and unassuming, Meredith carries a “Big Stick”! She is a fierce, competitive athlete!

Justin LaLiberte

With an innate ability to bring folks together, training with Justin is dynamic and fun. He is driven in his own personal fitness pursuits and inspires his clients to find that passion too.
Fun Fact: Until a few years ago Justin weighed 230lbs – losing 60lbs in 1 year!

Derek Martin

Dedication is an understatement. Derek is a US Army Veteran and uses circuit training as the foundation to improve overall condition and undeniable results for each of his raving fans and clients!
Fun Fact: Derek climbed Mount Olympus at the age of 40 and is working on joining the 4000 Peak Club. He is a Jeep enthusiast and loves the outdoors.

Kathy MacDonald

Jeremy Ham

With a real passion for helping others and self-improvement Jeremy has worked for the past three years at NRG Lab and into his role as a personal trainer. Evan Spiewakowski

John McPherson
Tier IV
Moving efficiently leads to a better quality of living. Constantly assessing and looking at the whole picture is the key to progressing. Golfers, more Importantly, this leads to better scores, more accuracy, less pain, and more power.
Fun fact: Played soccer collegiately, Now enjoys coaching both his daughter’s and son’s soccer teams, as well as all of their other sporting activities. Built his own American Ninja Warrior course. As the Director of Golf Conditioning and a Golf Conditioning Professional at Harmon Golf and Fitness since 2007. He has worked side by side with some of the best Golf Teaching Professionals in the country, and golfers of all levels. Clients with 30 handicaps, +4 handicaps, Division 1 Collegiate Athletes, Women’s State Champs, 85 year old golf lifers, and everyone in between.
