Dread that moment in yoga class when the teacher invites you to go upside down? Developing a co-dependent relationship with the wall? Does jumping forward and back in your flows make you feel like you are secretly composed of lead? Tim Kelleher is here to help.

In this two hour workshop we will break down and examine the building blocks of a safe, successful inversion practice. During a sweaty flow comprised of drills, props and yes – even the wall – Tim will help you confront your fears and learn to pick your feet off the ground safely and joyfully. Handstand, Forearm Stand, and Headstand variations will all be explored. As for those jump-backs…. we will do our level best to add a bit of buoyancy to your game. Beginners and “advanced beginners” welcome – as long as you can hold a plank pose and have a healthy sense of humor.
