What we will work on:
Increased Run speed improving overall cardiovascular output
Skills Work: Batting/Feilding/Reaction time individual attention given for improved body mechanics and movement efficiency
Agility work improves coordination and heart rate recovery time
Week prior to start host Parent Orientation – Amy for 15/30 minutes Host 1 hour CardioSport Class
30 minutes Dynamic Warm up and Treadmill Run – Instructor/Trainer
30 minutes Skills Work – Matt
30 minutes Agility Work/CardioSport – Instructor/Trainer
The groups will rotate in every 1/2 hour.
